A lifelong resident of the Norristown, Pennsylvania area, Jason is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University and The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Jason is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and has more than two decades of legal experience. While in college and law school, Jason worked as a legal assistant for two general practice law firms, with a focus on criminal defense and family law. Jason also had the incredible opportunity to study abroad at several international elite law schools and international legal institutions located in Luxembourg, Vienna Austria, Florence, Rome, and Brussels, including at the Constitutional Supreme Court of Italy, the Intergovernmental Organization of Unidroit, The International Criminal Tribunal at The Hague, and as an assistant to United States Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts while in Vienna.

After graduating from law school, Jason worked at a general practice law firm before starting his own law firm in March of 2014. Jason is a trial attorney at heart. He is well known in Montgomery County and the surrounding counties as a zealous advocate for his clients. Jason focuses his practice on all aspects of criminal defense, family law and plaintiff personal injury litigation, as well as drafting wills. Jason is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Jason’s family law practice is broad and includes divorce, annulment, child custody, adoption, protection from abuse, child support, alimony, guardianships, grandparent custody rights, name changes, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, minor’s emancipations, juvenile matters, and child abuse investigations, termination of parental rights, and other issues involving Pennsylvania county children and youth services agencies. In addition, Jason represents individuals who have been injured due to no fault of their own, including from slip/trip and falls, automobile and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, defective products, workplace accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and dog bites. Jason is also a well-known criminal defense attorney in the Philadelphia area. He represents those charged with criminal offenses of all types in state and federal courts. Whether it is a summary offense, DUI, misdemeanor, or a felony, Jason strives to achieve a favorable result for his clients in every case.

Since Jason believes that everyone should have a will, he drafts simple wills and provides valued advice regarding how to protect and pass on clients’ hard-earned wealth to their loved ones.

Jason is recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Attorney” by the National Trial Lawyers. Jason is also recognized as a “Lawyer of Distinction” for personal injury law. He is a member and former President of the Montgomery American Inn of Court and is member of both the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. Jason is also a Lifetime Member of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). When Jason is not working tirelessly in the best interests of his clients, he enjoys coaching wrestling, cheering on Penn State’s sports teams, outdoorsman activities, camping with his family, and volunteering in his community.
